DOMESTIC SHIPPING

OH’Irish orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Custom Direct to Garment Orders, Personalized or Specialty Custom Orders are subject to individual item production turnaround times. Production turnaround times for these can be found in the additional product details specific to that item.

We use both UPS and the USPS for shipping your orders. You can see the shipping options online as you process your order. 

USPS First Class Mail is a 3-4 day service.

USPS Priority Mail is a 203 day service.

USPS Express Mail is a 1-2 day service.

UPS has many options too, just as economical as USPS and sometimes faster.

INTERNATIONAL

We are currently looking into international shipping and hope to have this set up and seamless before Thanksgiving. Thank you for your patience.

If placing an order with OH Irish from outside of the USA the order is considered an International Order and may be subject to duty charges which you the customer will be responsible for.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE Items

If upon receipt of your order, an item has been damaged or is defective. Normal wear is not considered a defect. Damage claims must be officially filed with OH’Irish within 2 days of receipt of goods.

General Returns

Items purchased on oh-irish.com:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your OH’Irish online order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Items purchased at an OH Irish Pop-Up Sales Event:

All sales are final at an OH’Irish pop-up sales event cannot be exchanged or returned and not eligible for a refund.
